Learn Freediving in Jaffa
Our diving club offers courses and workshops for all levels of divers—from complete beginners with no prior experience to advanced divers looking to enhance their skills and deepen their knowledge
Freediving is a sport that lets you explore the depths of the sea naturally, without cumbersome equipment, taking just one breath at a time
It’s a unique connection to nature, blending inner peace with the joy of being fully present in the ocean
In our freediving course, we’ll learn to calm the body and mind, control our breathing, equalize pressure, move efficiently in the water, and understand the physiology of the body during freediving and breath-holding
The courses take place in Jaffa and include open-water sessions at the historic Jaffa Port, theory lessons, and pool sessions
scheduled conveniently to fit into your daily routine in the city center
All courses are certified by AIDA, the world’s largest and leading international freediving organization
